Beaconsfield is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia, located within the City of Fremantle. Named after a property known as ‘Beaconsfield’ located in the area in the 1880s, the name was officially adopted from the post office on 1 August 1894. The origin is unknown, but the suburb is probably named after the town in England or the Earl of Beaconsfield, Benjamin Disraeli, a former Conservative Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. Beaconsfield is predominantly a low to medium density residential suburb with extensive community facilities including South Fremantle Senior High School, Challenger TAFE, primary schools, open space recreation reserves and local shops. ==Facilities and amenities== There are a number of schools in the suburb, including primary, high school and a technical college (Challenger TAFE) where hospitality and other courses are run. There is a good restaurant at the TAFE where the food is cooked and served by the students; also student-made cocktails. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Beaconsfield, Western Australia」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
